In a natural world, change is inevitable; change is incessant, change is invaluable.
Nature shows us that evolution is continual. Organisations are no different.
Organisations need to adapt, evolve, change. Replicate what occurs in nature. If not they wither and die. Competition overwhelms them, they can no longer compete successfully. By adapting to external and internal changes, changing the organisation accordingly, the organisation can face ongoing challenges.
So in a progressive organisation, change is inevitable; change is incessant, change is invaluable.
